All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and any changes you request during the project.

Your Responsibilities

When you hire us, you agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems on your property before we start installation.

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty, and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms are provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of fence and materials used.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after installation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service within 48 hours of signing the agreement for a full refund of any deposit paid. After 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if materials have been ordered.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.

Liability and Insurance

SureFrame San Leandro Fencing is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that are discovered during installation.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to California law.
